The concept of ”CROSS THE BRIDGE” became popular around more than seven years ago, when our team decided to close the gap between under graduates students & market (Public / private), since then our team have used this phrase to describe an integrated approach to developing, recruiting, measuring performance, plus creating the entrepreneurship spirit among the young generation, and since governments are facing huge demands to enhance life quality, and prepare the next generation to lead, part of the master plan was the CTB Academy which is our best efforts on how can we help in fixing some parts of the challenges away from standing still & getting into blaming zoon. We hope our ideas & efforts create the new era of preparing our FUTURE workforce for FUTURE organizations.
